Canceling orders on Shopify

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Orders.
2. Click the order that you want to cancel.
3. Click More actions > Cancel order.
4. In the Refund payment section, choose how you want the payment refunded.
5. In the Reason for cancellation drop-down menu, select the reason of order cancellation.
