For damaged or missing items, report the issue within 7 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund. Please note the following conditions for these claims:

- Verification and Investigation: Once we receive your report, our support team will investigate the claim. This may include contacting the shipping provider for more details or verifying product damage.
- Returns for Verification: For damaged items, we may request the item to be returned for inspection. We will provide a prepaid return label if needed.
Non-Covered Situations:
- If the damage was caused by improper use, we cannot provide a replacement or refund.
- Repeated Claims: Multiple claims from the same customer may be subject to additional scrutiny to prevent abuse of our replacement policy.
