2. Return Process

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to ship the product back.
- Shipping Cost: Shipping costs for returns due to buyer’s remorse are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product is returned safely.
3. Conditions for Acceptance
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may be applied if the product shows signs of minor handling or if the original packaging is not intact.
- Refund Method: If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund process may take 5-10 business days after the return is approved.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return Due to Buyer’s Remorse
- Customized Products: Items that have been customized or modified at the customer’s request are not eligible for return.
